Welcome!

Welcome to our food blog. We’re sisters in our twenties. We grew up sleeping a few feet apart, and now we live 1000 miles away from each other. We’ve been both best friends and worst enemies over the years. We may look a lot alike, but our personalities are vastly different. We are united in our love for God and food :-).

We’re both wayward bloggers trying to come back home again. Hannah has dabbled in blogging off and on over the last few years but has fallen off the bandwagon each time pretty quickly. Susan was an avid blogger some years back, met her husband through a mutually-read blog, got married, had kids, yadda-yadda. . . her original blog is in sad disrepair, though she does keep up a family photo blog with regularity. So here we go again, attempting to blog again. . .

We both love preparing (and eating!) food, and we’re hoping that our food love combined with the camaraderie of a joint blog will spur us on to keep posting, so this blog will not die an untimely death.

So onward!  For the love of food!

I’m a fan of the “leave a comment” being at the end of a post, rather than the beginning. I know I’m more likely to leave a comment if it’s right there at the end as I finish reading. Instead of having to scroll back up. So, if our “readers” are as lazy as this contributor, I want to encourage their lazy ways. 😉

    Is that possible to change?

Hmm. It *is* at the end in my screen. It shows *how many* comments at the upper left, but when you read a post on its individual permalink (not the main blog site), the leave a comment option is at the bottom. Which is pretty standard for blogs. So I think that’s as good as it’s going to get :-).
